Second Browser Terms of Use
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern Second Browser, an Android browser operated by BILAL KARROUK (“we”, “us” or “our”), at HAY BRAREK AV ALLAL FASSI N 32 FNIDEQ, APT 5, FNIDEQ 93100, Morocco (MA). Contact: albertscaozki@gmail.com.
Please read these Terms before using the App. They apply when you validly accept them under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to personal-data processing that requires separate consent.
2. Features and Eligibility
Depending on your version and device, the App provides browsing and search, voice search, QR scanning, tabs, bookmarks, history, private browsing, file and cleaning tools, weather, news and related utilities. Some features require an Internet connection, permissions or third-party services. Availability varies by device, Android version, region and network.
You must be legally able to use the App and enter into these Terms. Where required for a minor, a parent or guardian must provide the necessary consent or involvement.
3. Permission to Use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the App on compatible devices for lawful personal use. The licence continues unless ended in accordance with these Terms.
Except as permitted by law or an applicable open-source licence, you must not copy, modify, sell, lease, redistribute or commercially exploit the App; reverse engineer its software; or remove proprietary notices. Do not disrupt security, gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, or use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities. These restrictions do not prevent ordinary lawful browsing or downloading third-party content you are entitled to access.
4. Advertising
Second Browser is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob mediation with Meta Audience Network, BIGO Ads, Mintegral, Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). Ads may lead to third-party offers or services; their appearance does not mean that we endorse them.
The App integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable advertising privacy choices. The Privacy Policy explains advertising and analytics data processing. Accepting these Terms does not replace any required privacy choice. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable purchase conditions will be disclosed before purchase; these Terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge.
5. Third-Party Websites and Services
Websites, search engines, downloads and linked services are generally operated by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their content or transactions. Exercise reasonable care before downloading files, making purchases or providing information. This does not remove our responsibility for our own conduct or any responsibility imposed by law.
6. Files and Cleaning Tools
Review the files and data selected before confirming a deletion or cleaning operation. Deletion may be irreversible, so keep suitable backups. Cleaning tools do not guarantee a particular improvement in storage, speed or battery life, and a suggested file is not necessarily unnecessary. These precautions do not exclude your rights if our service is defective or we are responsible for data loss under applicable law.
7. Weather, News and Information
Weather, news, search results and other third-party information may be inaccurate, outdated or unavailable. Use appropriate official or professional sources for safety, emergencies, severe weather, medical, legal or financial decisions. The App is not a professional advice or emergency service.
8. Local Data and Private Browsing
History, bookmarks, tabs and preferences may be stored locally. Clearing app data, resetting your device or uninstalling the App may remove them; recovery may be unavailable without a backup or synchronisation feature. Protect access to your device.
Private browsing reduces certain locally retained browsing information. It does not make you anonymous to websites, network operators or service providers, and does not by itself establish that analytics is disabled. The Privacy Policy explains our domain-level analytics and other processing.
9. Intellectual Property
The App’s software, interface, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You receive a licence to use the App, not ownership of it. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights. Applicable open-source licences govern the components they cover.
10. Updates and Availability
We may make changes for security, compatibility, legal compliance or service improvement. We will provide updates and notices required by law. Features may be affected by maintenance, network conditions or third-party interruptions.
For changes that materially disadvantage you, we will provide advance notice where required and explain any applicable right to reject the change or end the service. We will not use this clause to remove mandatory rights to conformity, updates or remedies.
11. Service Standards and Liability
We will provide the service with the care and skill required by applicable law. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, website or network.
We are responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us responsible. Where law permits, we do not cover losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or business losses arising from use of this personal-use App. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights and remedies for defective or non-conforming services. No wording in these Terms requires you to waive those rights.
12. Privacy
Please read the Second Browser Privacy Policy for information about permissions, advertising partners, Firebase analytics, retention and your data rights. The Privacy Policy describes data processing; accepting these Terms does not waive privacy rights or supply consent where separate consent is required.
13. Ending Use
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these Terms, security abuse or a legal requirement. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to correct a remediable breach before acting. You may contact us to dispute a restriction. Termination does not remove accrued rights or legal remedies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms for changes to the App, legal or platform requirements, or security. We will update the date and provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required. We will request acceptance where required rather than treating silence as consent. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the App without losing mandatory remedies.
15. Consumer Rights, Disputes and Contact
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Consumers in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil and elsewhere retain the mandatory protections that apply to them, including applicable rights to remedies, cancellation or withdrawal. These Terms do not require exclusive proceedings in Morocco, compulsory arbitration or a waiver of collective remedies. You may use courts, consumer authorities and complaint procedures available under applicable law. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue only to the extent permitted by law.
For questions or complaints, contact BILAL KARROUK at albertscaozki@gmail.com, or write to HAY BRAREK AV ALLAL FASSI N 32 FNIDEQ, APT 5, FNIDEQ 93100, Morocco (MA). Contacting us first does not restrict your right to seek other remedies.
